When will I receive my order?

Delivery Time Calculation: The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times:
o Continental U.S.: Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 4-10 business days.
o Hawaii and Alaska: Delivery to these locations typically takes 2-4 weeks. Shipment Confirmation: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and shipped with carriers across the US.

What is the returns policy?

We offer Returns only in case a product is wrongfully delivered (the product delivered is different from the product in the order confirmation mail).

EXCHANGE

You can exchange your product for size or in the case of a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. In the case of defects, please photograph the issue as soon as you receive the product. To process returns and exchanges, please ensure that merchandise is in our packaging and has all our tags, and is in the same condition as when it was received. If you need to send goods back to us, it is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. Once we receive and confirm everything is in order, you will get a credit note within two weeks. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
