Minor variations in color and design are indicative of the handmade and unique nature of our products and should not be considered defects. Additionally, please note that there may be some color variations between the images on your screens and the actual products received.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this stage (unless you received the wrong product). However, we are happy to assist with an exchange or provide store credit.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange your product for a different size or if you encounter a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. If you notice a defect, please photograph the issue as soon as you receive the product
To process an exchange, ensure the merchandise is in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and in the same condition as when received. If you need to return items, we recommend sending your parcel with proof of postage, as we are not liable for parcels lost in transit. Once we receive and confirm that everything is in order, you will receive a credit note within two weeks.
