Shipping rates are calculated by weight and shipped with carriers across the US.

We usually ship orders 2-3 working days after receipt. Delivery times vary between 7-12 days after they have shipped. At checkout, all details will be sent in your Order Confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order delivery is typically Monday to Friday. Working days exclude public holidays and delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, local restrictions, and strikes. We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.

Address changes will be free of charge if the order has not been shipped. Address changes once your order has shipped may incur additional charges.

Available at the store location you choose in 3-5 business days. The person who picks up the order will need to show their identification card, whether it is the actual buyer or if someone comes in their place. Pick-up at the store will be held for 3 calendar days after you receive the “Ready for pickup” notification, post which it will be canceled.

You will receive order status updates via email at the time of order confirmation and order shipping. You can also access this information in the “My Orders” section after you log in to your account. If you are not registered and have shopped as a guest, click on the “Order Information” link in your confirmation email to track it.
